Vjeny solves this chaos by keeping every piece of information in one place. Your wedding website is at the same time the central source for your guests and your planning dashboard. When a guest accepts online, the information appears in your guest list immediately. When you adjust the timeline, all witnesses see the new version in real time. No double entries anymore, no versions ending in "_final_v3".

The platform is a web app — that means: no app-store download, no updates, no storage on the phone. You and your guests only need a link that works on any device: iPhone, Android, tablet, laptop. The interface is optimised for smartphone use, because most responses arrive on the go.

Your wedding website is more than a digital invitation. It is the central place for every piece of information your guests need: date, venue, directions, dress code, schedule, gift wishes, accommodation tips and anything else you want to add. Your guests come back to the website long after the actual invitation — for example to quickly check the address on the way to the ceremony.

Vjeny offers more than seven professionally designed templates. Classic-elegant, Mediterranean, modern-minimalist or boho — every template is thought through in colour and typography and can be adapted to your personal style. Images, texts and the order of sections are freely editable. If you are more technical, you can fine-tune accent colours and fonts as well.

The website is reachable under your own subdomain — for example yournames.vjeny.com — or, if needed, under your own custom domain. It is multilingual by default: you can enter content in German, English and other languages so international guests see the information in their mother tongue.

Guest management is the area where most time is typically lost. Who confirmed? Who has not responded yet? Who is bringing a plus-one? Which allergies need to be considered? Vjeny captures all of this automatically as soon as your guests respond via the wedding website or QR code.

In your dashboard you see live how many acceptances, declines and open responses there are. Filters help you spot who has not replied yet — perfect for sending a friendly reminder without messaging everyone. Guests who do not use a smartphone or prefer to respond by phone can be added manually — the system does not differentiate between digital and manual entries.

The guest list can be organised by households, which simplifies sending invitations. Instead of 80 individual invitations you send 35 household invitations, each with a personalised QR code that leads directly to the right RSVP page. For caterers and seating planning the list can be exported as PDF or CSV at any time.

The timeline is not only a plan for you, but a service for your guests. They can check at any moment when the reception starts, when dinner is served and when the first dance is planned. Witnesses and helpers keep an overview of their tasks — speeches, games, gifts, hand-overs — and know in which order everything happens.

The seating-chart editor visualises your hall with different table shapes (round, long, U-shape) and lets you drag individual guests onto each seat. Conflicts (for example if a guest is accidentally placed at two tables) are highlighted. Once the guest list is final, the system imports names automatically so you only need to assign them.

The budget tool tracks your expenses in CHF — fitting the Swiss reality. You create categories (venue, catering, photography, music, attire, decoration, other), enter planned and actual amounts and see at any moment where you stand against your overall budget. Visualisations show which item takes the largest share and where you still have room.

Vjeny is not just a website and guest list, but a full planning tool. Your checklist organizes every task into your own categories, each with a due date. Overdue items are highlighted in color, and a progress statistic shows at any time what is already done and what comes next — from finding the venue to the thank-you notes after the wedding.

Your vendors get their own restricted access: the photographer, caterer or other service providers receive a role-based login that shows only the logistics data relevant to them — the daily schedule, menu summary with allergies, guest count — without access to private guest data. No more emailing lists back and forth.

Contracts, quotes and important documents are stored centrally in the documents area instead of being scattered across different inboxes. Together with the CHF budget, the seating plan and guest management, Vjeny becomes the central place for the entire organization — not just the invitation.

Many couples in Switzerland get married with an international background — be it a German-Italian family, a Swiss-Balkan couple or guests from abroad. Vjeny supports this by default: your wedding website can be published in multiple languages, and your guests automatically see the content in their own language.

German, English and Croatian are currently available as fully translated interfaces. For guest communication (RSVP emails, reminders, confirmations), more than fifteen languages are possible. This is especially valuable when one partner's parents do not speak German or English — they receive everything in their mother tongue and can RSVP just as easily as everyone else.

A wedding website contains personal information — pictures, addresses, birth dates of guests, allergies and sometimes intimate stories. Vjeny respects that: data is processed under Swiss data protection law (DSG) and the European GDPR. You decide whether your site is publicly accessible, password protected or reachable only through a private link.

After the wedding the data remains available for at least twelve months — you can use it as a memory or offer a photo gallery for guests. An extension is possible at any time. Anyone who wants to delete the data can do so with one click in the dashboard.
